When should I take each gummy?

This varies by product. For example, take Pre‑Workout Gummies before you head to the gym, and Sleep & Rest Gummies shortly before bed. Most other products can be taken whenever is most convenient — the key is consistency. Aim to take them at the same time every day and follow the serving instructions on the label. Do not exceed the stated dose.

Are your gummies vegan and gluten‑free?

Yes — all of our gummies are gluten‑free. They’re also vegan, with one exception: our Omega‑3 gummies contain fish‑derived oil and are therefore not vegan. Always check the label if you have specific dietary requirements.

Are your gummies halal?

Yes, all of our gummies are halal.

Are your gummies sugar‑free?

Some are sugar‑free, others contain a very small amount of sugar. We formulate each product to balance taste and function; for products that benefit from a touch of sweetness, we use less than 1 g of sugar per serving. As with anything, moderation matters — excess sugar and excess sweeteners aren’t ideal. Low sugar is better than excess sweetener. Check the Nutrition/Ingredients panel, our sugar containing gummies have ‘sugar’ listed in the ingredients.

Can I stack different Gym Gummy Co products together?

Yes, you can stack our products. Always follow the serving directions for each product, be mindful of total daily caffeine or overlapping ingredients, and do not exceed the stated doses. If you’re unsure which combo fits your goals, reach out and we’ll recommend a stack.

How long does delivery take?

Dispatch: Monday–Friday. Orders placed by 12:15 pm are dispatched the same day.

Carrier: Royal Mail (Tracked 24 and Tracked 48).

Timeframes: Tracked 24 usually arrives the next working day; Tracked 48 usually arrives in two working days. These are estimates and not guaranteed by Royal Mail.

Tracking: Once your order is handed to Royal Mail, delivery speed is outside our control and we see the same tracking updates you do.

What is your returns policy?

Due to the nature of ingestible products and hygiene standards, we can’t accept returns once items have left our premises.
